Pegasus Airlines Deducted Service Although I Picked Comfort Flex Refund Option

I made my reservations for flights for myself and my family with Pegasus Airlines. When I tried to cancel the flights, despite having selected the Comfort Flex option, which is intended to guarantee the maximum level of free cancellation, they deducted a staggering 40 euros per ticket as a service cost from my credit card, in total 160 euros! The fact that I was not given any information about these fees when I made my purchases is extremely frustrating and feels very unfair. I would like the full cost of my ticket to be refunded.
