Pegasus Airlines' Unmet Promises and 35-Day Refund Wait
My Pegasus flight from Dubai to Istanbul was canceled, and my ticket went up in flames. They assured me that they would refund the VAT price of 1484 Turkish liras. However, it has been 35 days and they have still not processed my payment. The service has been abysmal, with no communication. They sent me the following message: "Hello Cemal Y***, Based on the account information you provided, refund processes have been initiated. We'd like to let you know that you'll be notified once the payment processes are completed. If you have any questions or concerns about your payment process, please contact our call center at 0850 250 67 02." Despite my efforts, I am still stuck with the status "under review" after 35 days. The money is nowhere to be found.
