Pegasus Airlines Staff Treated Me Rudely During My Flight to London
The attitude of Pegasus staff was appalling—especially on domestic flights within Turkey, it's a perfect example of paying money to be mistreated. My family and I booked tickets from Çukurova International Airport to London Stansted. When we arrived and waited in line for 30 minutes, the staff told us the check-in hadn’t opened yet and, upon seeing our boxes, said we needed to deliver them by hand. We returned later, queued again for 30 minutes, only to be told by a new staff member that the boxes weren’t packed well enough and couldn’t be accepted. When we asked why we weren’t warned earlier, we were rudely told to repackage them. After doing so and leaving our bags at the luggage drop, another staff member rudely told us to take them back. When we refused, they threw the bags to the ground. When I objected, the staff insisted they had the authority to do so. Trying to file a complaint at Pegasus, another employee dismissed us without even listening and defended their colleague. When we finally returned with our repackaged boxes, a nearby employee made derogatory comments about us to someone else. When I confronted them, they denied it, despite us being the only ones there. At the end, another staff member sarcastically said Pegasus thanks them for their service even if we don’t. How could I possibly thank someone for such disrespectful behavior? I paid for this flight, got humiliated, insulted, and mistreated—and I will pursue every avenue to report it. I just wanted to share my experience here as well. Thank you.
