Pegasus Airlines Gave Unfair Treatment to Tourists on My Flights
Good evening, I want to share my experience with Pegasus Airlines, which was the worst I’ve ever had. Both my flights were nightmares. The first flight from London Stansted to Istanbul at 17:25, arriving at 00:10, was chaotic. A group of unruly children caused a disturbance the entire trip. Their mother slept, leaving the father to do nothing as the kids banged on seats and threw safety cards around. Neither my aunt nor I could rest. The cabin crew was rude and unhelpful, and the plane was unbearably hot. When my aunt asked for tea, the crew said there was no hot water. The second flight from Istanbul to Hurghada was also terrible. It was scheduled for 07:00 but did not take off until 09:00 without any explanation. Although we paid for our seats, Turkish passengers with small children were given priority seating at the front for free and received attentive service throughout the flight. However, as tourists, we were treated poorly and received no service. It’s clear that Pegasus Airlines prioritizes Turkish passengers over tourists. Based on this experience, I believe tourists should avoid Pegasus Airlines altogether. It is by far the worst airline I’ve ever flown with, and I will never use them again.
