Pegasus Airlines Name Change Request Denied So They Can Rip More Money Off

dear international pals, even with my native language, Turkish, I am not capable of neither conveying my problem nor receiveing a solution. that company is all about money, when you even pass out on the plane, they would ask money in return. I purchased my ticket and I requested the addition of my second name which is doable as they confirmed, later they changed their minds because for them it is better to cancel the ticket and purchase it more expensively. I still expect a return which must be so easy, but the low-paid workers do not care. I hate the family who runs it.
