Despite a 4-hour flight delay, Pegasus did not provide the entitled passenger rights. On July 26, 2024, our flight from Izmir to Stansted (London) was initially announced to be delayed by one hour and twenty minutes, during which cold beverages (cola-Fanta) were offered. The second announcement stated a three-hour delay. After these three hours, passengers were boarded, but we were deplaned with our luggage half an hour later due to unresolved technical issues. Even though our flight was delayed by 4 hours, we were not offered the hot meal we were entitled to. Additionally, the ground staff at the airport informed us that the plane was ready after four hours and that hot meals would be served onboard. However, once on the plane, we were told that no meals would be served and that we could only purchase items from the Pegasus cafe. Pegasus failed to provide what we were entitled to during a four-hour international flight, causing us inconvenience. I request that Pegasus compensates for our inconvenience with bonus points or similar measures. Otherwise, I will seek my rights through legal means.
