Pegasus Airlines Damaged My Stroller on First Use – Refused to Compensate for the Damage



I'm deeply disappointed with Pegasus Airlines. While traveling from Izmir to Cyprus, I used my baby stroller for the first time, as I typically use a car seat. Somehow, the airline managed to bend the canopy and tear the fabric. To add to the frustration, they emailed me saying they wouldn’t cover the damage. It's unbelievable – they ruined a brand-new stroller I paid a lot for on its very first use. This level of service is unacceptable, and I’m left with a stroller that’s practically unusable.
