Pegasus Airlines Damaged My Daughter's Brand-New Suitcase on Flight to Skopje




Today, I sent my daughter to Skopje with Pegasus Airlines using ticket number 7J7N8B, departing from Konya and transiting through Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Upon her arrival at Skopje Airport, she received her brand-new large suitcase, which was being used for the first time, only to find it completely damaged. The way luggage was handled is simply not acceptable, particularly when it involves a new item that we placed in the airline's care. I would like to seek compensation for the damage that has occurred to our property. I anticipated a higher level of service from Pegasus Airlines, as it is essential to handle passengers' belongings with care. I trust this matter will be addressed quickly, and that appropriate measures will be implemented to avoid similar situations going forward.
