Pegasus Airlines - Baggage Item Confiscation Disruption
PNR number 2W6A5U. On my flight from Munich to Istanbul on March 17, 2024, departing at 16:45, my 18-watt "Xiaomi Redmi 20000 mAh Portable Fast Charger - USB-C - 18W, 2-Port Powerbank - White" powerbank was taken from my luggage without my knowledge. As the limit for carrying power banks in checked baggage is up to 160 watts, my 18-watt device was unjustly taken against regulations, and I demand that it be promptly shipped to me. The Munich Airline official and Pegasus Authority both signed off on the confiscation of the product at the airport. Therefore, Pegasus approved the removal of the item from my luggage without informing me, neither during boarding, nor during the flight, nor upon landing, without any notification or permission. I have repeatedly communicated this situation to them via email, demanding the return of my product, yet they continue to simply copy and paste the same response without addressing my inquiries. They refuse to provide answers, essentially leaving me stranded and showing no interest in resolving the issue. This approach is unacceptable. We entrust them with our luggage, they authorize the removal of items, and then when proven wrong, they tell us to retrieve them ourselves. They arbitrarily confiscate items from luggage, and how can we trust to travel with this company in the future? It's a total disgrace. I urgently request the delivery of my product to me. Otherwise, I will initiate legal proceedings as soon as possible.
