My Honeymoon Disruption with Pegasus Airlines

On July 15, 2024, our Istanbul to Dalaman flight, scheduled for 12:30 PM, departed at 2:50 PM. We were supposed to take a ferry from Dalaman to Marmaris and then to Rhodes for our honeymoon, but we missed the ferry due to the delayed arrival. I had to pay 93 EUR for a new ferry ticket and 90 EUR for an additional night at a hotel. When we landed, the lady at the ticket office spoke dismissively, saying, "We are not Pegasus; we are Çelebi Ground Services," and added, "I can't pay from my pocket." We didn't expect anyone to pay out of pocket; we wanted the company to address our inconvenience. Such behavior is not befitting an airline, and I will never use Pegasus again.
