I Missed My Flight Due To Incorrect Information Provided By Pegasus Airlines

I missed the flight with the code PC652 from Casablanca, Morocco to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen on March 11, 2024, at 00:10, due to the incorrect information provided by Pegasus's mobile and web systems. On March 10, due to the time change in Morocco, where the clocks were set back by one hour, the flight was supposed to depart at 01:10. However, despite the fact that both the mobile and web applications of the company showed the departure time as 01:10, the flight departed an hour earlier. Notifications were even received on both platforms shortly before the flight, indicating that there would be a delay and that the flight would depart at 01:35 (see attached photos). Therefore, following the official platforms, I tracked my flight accordingly. When I went to the check-in desk two hours before the flight time, I found that the check-in had closed and there were no company officials present, causing me to miss my flight. I had to purchase a ticket for the following day, incurring an expense of 20311 TL. It was not just a financial loss; my mental health was also affected due to the stress and fear of not being able to return home while trying to find a solution at the airport for hours. Additionally, I was late for work and faced problems there. Upon investigation, I learned that many people experienced the same issue on the same day. I am requesting compensation for the financial damages I suffered due to the incorrect information provided by the company's systemic errors.
