After my international flight from Rome to Istanbul, I noticed the wheel of my suitcase was broken when I collected it. I reported the issue to Pegasus baggage services and was given the number 0850 250 0254, where I was told I would receive a follow-up. When I was contacted later, they informed me that the damage was not severe enough to warrant a suitcase replacement. When I asked if I should carry the suitcase in my lap and if I had broken the wheel myself, they said there was nothing they could do. They claimed to be Turkey's youngest airline and all that.
