Unauthorized PDF Guru Charge Debited From Bank Account Without Consent
On 4 June 2026 at 14:14 (South African time), an amount of R791.37 was debited from my account by PDF Guru without my authorization. I did not knowingly subscribe to any service or approve this payment, and I only noticed it when I checked my bank account. The payment was taken from my card ending with the digits 3461, linked to account number 1776485***. I contacted my bank about this transaction, but they informed me that they are unable to reverse the debit and advised me to take the matter up directly with the merchant. I request that PDF Guru urgently investigates this unauthorized debit and provides a full refund of R791.37 to the same account, and that any related subscription or recurring payment linked to my details be cancelled so that no further debits are made without my explicit consent.
