My recent shopping experience with Pazarama and the seller Good Market has truly left me confused and disappointed. I placed an order for a mobile phone, order number 658777726, and after a long wait, all I got was an empty box. I reached out to customer service right away to start the return process, but days later—on June 11 at 18:22—I was informed that the product had been received back empty. This claim is completely ridiculous and seems like a convenient way to dodge accountability. What’s even more frustrating is the constant, mechanical replies I’ve been getting, always asking “Did you investigate?” instead of showing any real effort to resolve the issue. I find myself without my phone, my money, and any indication of a satisfactory resolution. I had confidence in both the platform and the seller, but this experience has thoroughly undermined that confidence. I anticipate a thorough investigation, rather than ambiguous claims and generic responses.
