I’m outraged by what PayU has done. They took ₺9166 from my bank card without my knowledge or permission and used it to purchase 1666 RON. I never approved this transaction. It still shows as “pending” on my account, and yet there’s no way for me to cancel it or stop it from going through.
I demand that this unauthorized transaction be canceled immediately and my full ₺9166 be refunded to my card without further delay. If PayU fails to fix this, I will not hesitate to take legal action through my bank and official legal channels. This is my money, and I did not allow it to be used. Fix this now, PayU—your system should protect users, not put them at risk.
