Unauthorized Shipy Purchase Charged via Paycell on My Mobile Line
Last night around 2 AM, a product was purchased in my name through Shipy using my mobile line via Paycell, even though I do not have any subscription with Shipy. I was shocked to see this unauthorized transaction and immediately contacted Paycell to report the issue.
I demand a prompt resolution to this matter, including a full refund of the amount charged. It’s unacceptable for unauthorized purchases to occur without my consent, and I expect both Paycell and Shipy to take responsibility for ensuring this does not happen again. Please address my grievance immediately and process the refund to rectify this issue. Customers should not have to face such breaches of trust.
