Teen Patti Asian Paytm Withdrawal Not Received

I am using the Teen Patti Asian application with the mobile number 8221820***, and I am facing a serious problem with my withdrawals. I requested a withdrawal of 500 rupees on 24 February, and I again requested a withdrawal of 500 rupees today, using Paytm as the withdrawal method. However, in the app it is showing the status as “already dunned" instead of completing the payment, and the money has not been credited to my Paytm account. In other words, both withdrawals are marked as done in the system, but I have not received any amount. I request that my account and these two withdrawal transactions be checked in detail, and that the total 1000 rupees be credited to my Paytm account or that the problem be clearly explained and resolved as soon as possible.
