On 11 February 2026, I tried to do a ₹1000 recharge in the Jalwa game, but the transaction showed as failed in the game while the amount was debited from my bank account. I made this payment through Paytm linked with my Indian Overseas Bank account, and the payment reference number shown is 604025491206. My Jalwa game ID is 139955. Even though the payment was deducted, the amount has not been credited to my Jalwa game wallet, and the recharge is still not reflecting in my account. I selected Jalwa game as the payment destination, yet the transaction status remains failed on the game side.
