Jalwa Recharge Dispute After Paytm Deduction

On 11 February 2026, I tried to do a ₹1000 recharge in the Jalwa game, but the transaction showed as failed in the game while the amount was debited from my bank account. I made this payment through Paytm linked with my Indian Overseas Bank account, and the payment reference number shown is 604025491206. My Jalwa game ID is 139955. Even though the payment was deducted, the amount has not been credited to my Jalwa game wallet, and the recharge is still not reflecting in my account. I selected Jalwa game as the payment destination, yet the transaction status remains failed on the game side. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that either the ₹1000 be credited to my Jalwa game wallet as intended or the deducted amount be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
