Paytm Deposit Failed: No Credit, No Refund

I am writing regarding a failed deposit issue on the Jalwa.com game from jharkhand c***. On 01-04-2026 at 08:34 pm., I deposited an amount of 26000₹ through Paytm to the UPI ID PPQR01.MVGKOS@iob for adding balance to my Jalwa.com game account. The transaction shows a reference number 057050574768. However, the 26000₹ has not been added to my game wallet and I have not received any refund either. On the Jalwa.com side the deposit keeps getting cancelled, but my money has already been debited through Paytm. It has now been 4 month and there has been no response from any Jalwa.com agent and the issue is still not resolved. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that my 26000₹ is either immediately added to my Jalwa.com game wallet or refunded fast to my Paytm account linked to transaction reference 057050574768. I am very disappointed that there is no support and I would rate this game 0 stars because my hard‑earned money is stuck.
