Dmwin Account Balance Not Updated After ₹5,000 Paytm Deposit

Today at around 4:00 PM, I made a deposit of ₹5,000 to my Dmwin account using Paytm, but the amount has still not been credited to my game ID 4943431.

The payment was successfully completed on my Paytm account, but the balance is not appearing in my Dmwin account.

I tried to contact Dmwin customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far, which is very disappointing considering this was a real-money transaction.

I kindly request that the ₹5,000 deposited via Paytm today be credited immediately to my Dmwin game ID 4943431, or that this issue be urgently investigated and resolved so that I can use my balance without any further delay.
