Missing Deposit Despite UTR And Bank Proof

On 31 August 2026 at around 16:33, I deposited INR 5,000 into my account on the Stake gambling website via UPI using Paytm. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm, as confirmed by the payment screen showing a transfer from Giri Prasad B*** to Kajal K***, but the money has still not been credited to my Stake account. Despite the payment being completed on my side, my Stake balance has not been updated and I am unable to use the deposited amount. This situation has caused me financial inconvenience, as my funds are now stuck between my payment provider and the Stake platform without any clear resolution. I request that my Stake account be immediately credited with the full INR 5,000 corresponding to this UPI transaction, or that the issue be investigated and resolved urgently so that my funds are no longer blocked.
