Instamatch Deposit Not Credited After Paytm Payment Deducted

I am using the Instamatch game app on my Android phone, and on April 8, 2026, I made a deposit through Paytm. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, but it was not credited to my Instamatch balance.
I have a screenshot of the transfer and a transaction/reference ID from Paytm clearly showing that the payment was completed. After realizing that the deposit did not appear in my Instamatch account, I contacted customer support. However, I only received delayed, automated-style responses and no real assistance or solution.
My issue remains unresolved, and the deposited amount is still missing from my game account. I request that the amount from this failed Instamatch deposit be refunded directly to my Paytm account based on the existing transaction/reference ID and payment proof. I expect this issue to be urgently investigated and my refund to be processed as soon as possible.
