BDG Paytm Deposit Not Credited To ID - Need Urgent Fix

I play on the Big Daddy Game platform and my user ID is 13988***. On 03-12-2025, I deposited 600 via Paytm, but this amount has still not been credited to my Big Daddy Game account. After noticing that the deposit was not received in my ID, I contacted Paytm support team. The only response I received was that the “payment is checking, please patiently wait,” but even after waiting, the amount has still not been added to my account. I request that you urgently check this transaction and either credit the 600 to my Big Daddy Game ID 13988*** or refund the 600 back to my Paytm account. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
