4Rabet Did Not Credit My ₹2000 Paytm UPI Deposit Despite Successful Payment

I deposited ₹2000 today into my 4Rabet account via UPI using Paytm, and the amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account but has still not been added to my 4Rabet balance. This situation is very frustrating because my money has left my account, yet I am unable to see or use it on the 4Rabet site. I contacted 4Rabet live chat support about this missing ₹2000 deposit, but despite reaching out, the issue has not been resolved and my balance remains unchanged. I request that 4Rabet urgently check this failed credit, locate my ₹2000 Paytm UPI payment, and either immediately credit it to my 4Rabet wallet or refund the full amount back to my original Paytm UPI account. I also expect a clear explanation of why the payment was debited but not reflected on the site, along with written confirmation once the issue has been fully resolved.
