On 26 February, I noticed a pending payment of £29.99 taken via PayPal showing on my online banking. I did not set up any subscription, standing order or agreement for this amount to be taken and I do not recognise any service related to this transaction. I contacted PayPal / my bank and was informed that they would try to refund the payment, but at this stage I still have no clear information about what this charge is for or why it was taken without my knowledge or consent. I request an immediate full refund of the £29.99 and the cancellation of any subscription, agreement or recurring payment that may be linked to this transaction, and I want written confirmation that no further money will be taken from my account without my explicit permission.
