Unauthorised Transaction From Hint App

I hold a KiwiSaver account with Kiwibank, and today an amount of $53 was taken from my account by the Hint app through PayPal without my authorisation. Last week, I started what was presented as a free trial with the Hint app for $2, and I did not agree to or knowingly sign up for any ongoing subscription, recurring payment, or further charges. Despite this, I have now been charged $53, which I consider to be unauthorised and misleading, as I was not clearly informed of any continuing fees beyond the initial $2 trial. At the time of writing, I have not yet been able to contact my bank because the branch is closed, and I have not called the after-hours number. I request that this $53 transaction be fully refunded and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to Hint via PayPal or my Kiwibank KiwiSaver account be cancelled immediately. I also want my details to be removed from Hint’s databases and for no further charges to be taken from my account without my clear and explicit consent.
