Hello, I recently changed my last name due to divorce and submitted a legal name change request to Payoneer. However, I have not received any response, and my funds are stuck in my account because my bank no longer recognizes my old surname.

I have been waiting for far too long, and this delay is preventing me from accessing my money. A simple name update should not take this long—Payoneer, why are you ignoring my request?

I demand an immediate resolution so I can withdraw my funds without further issues. Please process my name change request now!
