Payoneer Verification Center Not Working

I’ve been trying to verify my Payoneer account for weeks now, but nothing works. I’ve opened multiple tickets, but none of them have helped me get any closer to a solution. The Verification Center doesn’t seem to function at all, and there’s no live support available. What’s even worse is that there’s no specific support channel for users in Turkey. I’m completely stuck with no way to move forward. This is frustrating and unprofessional—Payoneer should have better support for international users. I need my account verified and assistance immediately. What am I supposed to do when they leave me hanging like this?
