My money has been on hold in Payoneer for an entire month. I've been working as a freelancer with a brand in Germany and have been receiving my salary through Payoneer for about 12 months without any issues. This month, I encountered a problem with my account where my funds are pending beyond the legal timeframe, and I can't reach anyone for assistance. There is no contact person available for Turkey, and emailing hasn't provided a solution either. They keep sending automated messages or email replies, but no real solution is offered. My second payday has come and gone, yet I still haven't found a resolution. I urgently need support to access my funds and resolve this issue.
