Payoneer Account Verification Delays After Country Change Block My Access
I have been using a Payoneer account that was originally opened in Turkey, but I have recently moved to Japan and no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account. On 25 November, I contacted Payoneer customer service by email and explained that, due to the country change, I cannot use my old phone number and that I would like to open a new account in Japan. I submitted all the requested documents for this process. Despite this, the verification and approval process has taken an unreasonably long time. For about 13 days, they have repeatedly sent me the same “do you confirm” style messages regarding the approval, and each time I respond, it takes 2–3 days for them to reply, if they reply at all. They also took about a week just to review the documents I had already submitted, and I still have not received a clear result or final decision. This back-and-forth and the very slow responses have been both misleading and time-wasting for me. I expect Payoneer to quickly resolve this situation by either opening my account properly in Japan or closing my old account entirely so that I can proceed without further confusion. I would like my case to be reviewed urgently and handled clearly under the support ticket numbered 251122-002852. Useless customer service. I can't open my store because my account is closed, even though I could be earning money with it right now. They've been causing me losses for two whole weeks. Since Payoneer is the only option on another site, we are forced to use this company with its terrible customer service. If dont have to I never ever use this company again
