Payoneer Making Unfair Profits Under The Name Of Maintenance Fee

When you sign up for Payoneer, they explain that there is an annual fee of $29.95 that you have to pay once every 12 months. However, they also deduct a separate $29.95 "account maintenance fee" from each of your accounts throughout the year, which seems unfair. Unfortunately, there is no designated platform for lodging complaints. There is no mention of such a fee in Payoneer's fee section.
