Payoneer deducts funds from accounts without providing any explanation. They impose charges for individuals who do not possess cards and multiple fees for yearly memberships. Virtual card accounts can also be subject to deductions. They deducted $30 from my account under the pretense of a "maintenance fee" (whatever that means). I'm curious about the maintenance required for a virtual card. Is it a car, or a boiler maintenance? What's happening? They are unwilling to give any answers. Enough with the games and manipulation of people's hard-earned money and efforts.
