Missing Funds from POND5 Transfer to Payoneer and Unjust Annual Fees

Hello, I recently transferred funds from POND5 to my Payoneer account, but I am unable to determine where my money has gone. Upon checking, I found that the funds were deposited into my Payoneer account automatically, but a deduction was made.

I opened this Payoneer account in 2019 and have not used it for the past two years. Despite this, an annual fee was deducted, which seems unfair for an unused account. Does Payoneer charge annual fees for inactive accounts? If so, this was never clearly communicated to me.

I request clarification about where my money went and why these fees were applied. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention.
