I Face Delay Closing My Payoneer Accounts — No Response From Support

I want both of my Payoneer accounts registered under my name to be permanently closed. On October 14, I sent an email to Payoneer customer support requesting account closure, but I haven’t received any response yet.
One of my accounts has a small remaining balance, while the other has no balance, active card, or payment instructions. Both accounts were originally registered using my Ankara location. I now need to update my phone number, but since my accounts are still open, I believe this may cause complications.
I request the complete closure of both accounts and a formal confirmation from Payoneer that the accounts have been successfully terminated.
