My Payoneer Security Questions Won't Update

I just opened a new account and completed the email activation, but now I'm completely stuck trying to update my security questions. Every time I enter the answers and click the "change" button, the screen simply freezes, and the update fails to process. It's utterly infuriating; the system just locks up and refuses to save my changes.
This is a critical flaw that's preventing me from completing my account setup and proceeding with any transactions. I cannot move forward with using Payoneer because of this persistent bug.
