I Can’t Change My Payoneer Security Questions—Page Freezes Every Time

I recently created a new Payoneer account and completed my email activation, but I’ve been completely stuck since then due to an issue with updating my security questions. Every time I correctly enter my answers and click the “Change” button, the screen freezes and nothing happens. The system simply won’t process the request, and I can’t proceed with my account setup or use any of the platform’s features.
This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I know Payoneer has resolved similar issues for other users in the past. I expected a smoother onboarding experience, but instead I’m blocked by what feels like a basic technical error.
Please resolve this glitch immediately so I can update my security information and start using my account. Right now, I can’t move forward at all—and for a financial platform, that’s unacceptable. I’m counting on your support team to take this seriously and offer a prompt solution.
