PayerMax Transactions Made Without My Authorization

Multiple transactions totaling approximately $291 were made through the PayerMax app and the Play website without my knowledge or authorization. These transactions were made using my Papara account, generally through bank transfer methods such as wire transfers or EFT, on different dates in August and September. As the account holder and owner of the funds, I was never asked for or provided any authorization. The transactions were personally made by my sibling.

I have been waiting for a resolution for approximately one and a half months since I discovered the situation. Although I contacted PayerMax customer service by email during this time, I have not received any response to date.

I expect PayerMax to cancel these transactions made without my permission and fully refund my financial loss of approximately $291.
