PayerMax Charged My Card Without My Authorization

Multiple purchases and payment transactions have been made through PayerMax without my knowledge or authorization. Between April and November, payment charges appeared under my name through my Akbank credit card and Papara account, even though I did not make any transactions through either of them. During this period, I did not have any membership, account, website registration, or game account with PayerMax whatsoever.

I filed disputes with my bank and through my Papara account regarding these unauthorized transactions, but I have not received any response so far. I request that all records related to these transactions made without my knowledge or authorization be thoroughly investigated and that all amounts improperly charged be fully refunded to me.
