I respectfully request that you verify the remaining balance in my closed Payeer wallet, which is approximately $15 USD, and transfer it manually to another wallet that I will provide, or offer any other secure alternative method for withdrawing these funds. I also request a clear written explanation regarding the status of my account and funds.
