Payeer Website Not Loading — Cannot Access Bitcoin Funds

I have been unable to access my Payeer wallet account for the last couple of weeks, and I am currently locked out of my funds. I completed the AML/KYC verification previously, and my account holds approximately 0.19 BTC, which I now cannot reach. I wanted to log in to my account in order to withdraw this BTC to another wallet address, but I cannot even reach the Payeer website. I am trying to access my account from Mongolia. When I attempt to open the Payeer website using Safari, I consistently receive the message “Safari can't find the server,” and the page does not load at all. Because the website itself does not open, I am also unable to submit a support ticket or contact customer service through the usual channels. In the past, I have successfully logged into this same Payeer account from the same location and device, so this is a new problem. I kindly request that my access to the Payeer website and my wallet account be restored, or that I be given a clear alternative way to verify myself and withdraw my 0.19 BTC to my own external wallet. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can securely manage my funds again.
