Payeer Funds Inaccessible After Service Shutdown and Website Closure
I had a Payeer account that I mainly used from Italy to manage my funds and make withdrawals. After the closure of the company imposed by the EU, the Payeer website disappeared and the service is no longer accessible or contactable. As a result, I can no longer log in and I am unable to withdraw my available balance. The last time I remember accessing my account and seeing my balance was around September 2025. My Payeer wallet/account ID was P 1019666***. Since the site is no longer reachable, I have no way to manage or recover the funds that were in my account. I have already tried sending several emails to Payeer support and customer service, but all the messages are returned as undeliverable, so I have not received any reply or assistance. With this complaint, I request the full refund of the available balance that was on my Payeer account before the service became inaccessible, or in any case a clear indication of how I can recover my funds.
