I have been a verified Payeer user in Brazil since 2018 and have always accessed my account normally from my country to make transactions to various countries. My account was fully verified with KYC, and I had no access or usage problems until my last recorded access on 22 September 2025 at 19:04. Today, I discovered that Payeer has shut down its activities, and I can no longer find any valid contact channels to request the manual retrieval of my remaining funds. I did not see any clear prior notification in my email inbox about this shutdown, and if any message was sent, it may have been filtered or deleted as spam. Until now, communications from Payeer had always arrived normally. At the moment, my balances are still with Payeer, and I cannot withdraw them. The approximate amounts blocked are 6.75 USD, 7.77 EUR, 2 USDT, and 7 XRP. I have not yet been able to reach Payeer support through any channel and, therefore, have received no guidance on how to recover these funds. I request that the remaining balances in all these currencies be fully released and paid out to me, and that a clear and official explanation be provided about the situation and about the procedure that customers must follow to recover their money after the shutdown of Payeer’s activities. I would also like to state that Payeer’s services have served me well for many years, and I remain grateful for that period. My PayPal is with the email registered in the wallet, as well as the existing registration of the bank account in Brazil in my profile, but the electronic means are sufficiently capable for me. I await a response, Comrades! My non-custodial wallet at the address: 0x70dE57fC4be11CBB0aE79F965E84E9a168D7A7**. Grateful for the years of your services!
