Payeer Freezes Account and Demands KYC After Funds Disappear

I am writing about a serious problem with my Payeer wallet and the disappearance of my funds after an attempted withdrawal through an exchanger. On 17 December, I tried to withdraw money from my Payeer wallet using an exchanger I found via the site https://www.bestchange.ru/. After I went to the exchanger and tried to make the withdrawal, all my wallets in Payeer were removed, and my funds disappeared. On 20 December, my Payeer wallet was blocked, and only on 27 December was it unblocked. When I logged in after the unblocking, I saw that all my wallets were gone, and the money was also missing. In total, I lost 1,256.77 RUB, 3.99 USDC, 2.115589 TRX, 1.29774895 Dogecoin, and 0.37 USD from my Payeer account. I contacted the exchanger support, and they told me to write to Payeer support. I then contacted Payeer support, but instead of explaining why my wallets and funds disappeared, they only demanded that I pass an additional AML/KYC verification because of EU sanctions. Payeer support requested a large package of documents and data: an identity document (passport/ID), a selfie with the document next to my face, a document confirming my current address in PDF format, a document confirming the origin of funds in PDF format (salary, inheritance, sale of property or business, scholarship, pension, etc.), information about where I topped up cryptocurrency from (if I did), my wallet balance and recent transactions. They wrote that I would be able to withdraw funds within 7 days after the AML/KYC check, and that further use of my wallet would be impossible. When I wrote to them again, they repeated the same list of requirements. I am very worried about sending such a full set of personal documents and information, because I do not know what will happen to my data and whether I will actually receive my money after that. At the moment, I am in a situation where my wallets have disappeared, my funds have been taken from me, and I am under pressure to send sensitive documents without any clear explanation of what exactly happened to my account and why the money was removed. I request that Payeer restore all my wallets in my account and return the full amounts that were there so that I can immediately withdraw all my funds. I also ask for a clear and transparent explanation of why my wallets and money disappeared after the attempted withdrawal through the exchanger, and why my account was blocked and then unblocked without restoring the funds.
