I’ve been using the Timo app because I believed it was a secure and reliable platform. However, my trust is now shaken. I had a balance accumulated in the app, and I initiated a withdrawal, expecting the money to be transferred to my bank account quickly. But the funds still haven’t arrived.

It’s been too long, and I’m starting to wonder if my money is being withheld or if something went wrong behind the scenes. Timo is supposed to work with your payment system, and yet no one is providing a clear explanation for this delay. I’ve contacted support, but I haven’t received a proper answer.

I’m simply asking: where is my money? Has it been blocked? If so, why? I need Timo or the associated payment partner to urgently investigate this and complete my withdrawal. This kind of delay is unacceptable. Please respond and release my funds immediately.
