First locate the transaction hash (TxID) on your sending wallet and check its status on a blockchain explorer.
If the transaction is unconfirmed or failed on-chain, the network fee was likely too low or traffic congested, causing the funds to automatically revert to your original sending wallet.
If the blockchain confirms the transaction as successful but your Pay3 wallet balance remains uncredited, the failure usually stems from sending an unsupported token, using an incompatible network chain, or omitting a required memo/tag.
Gather your transaction hash, sending wallet address, and top-up details, then submit a recovery ticket directly to Pay3 support ([email protected]) so their team can process a manual credit or asset retrieval.
If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
