Sony PlayStation Plus Charged Twice – Refund Request Urgent


Sony PlayStation Plus has charged me twice for my subscription, and I am requesting an immediate refund. On February 10, 2024, the membership fee was deducted from my account as expected. However, on February 14, 2025, another charge was made without my consent or notification.
I have been using PlayStation Plus for months and have never encountered an issue like this before. It is extremely frustrating to be double-billed for a service I already paid for. There is no justification for this additional charge, and I expect Sony to process my refund promptly.
I need an urgent resolution to this matter, and I hope Sony will take responsibility and issue my refund without further delay.
I also called your call center and sent an email with receipts and examples, but no response has been made by Sony even after 1 month. You left me no choice but to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. It's a shame for Sony, I guess they are making a profit from people's 200 liras.
