Parts Geek Sent Wrong Catalytic Converter - No Return After 30 Days

I ordered a catalytic converter from Parts Geek in February for my 2004 Nissan Murano V6. When my mechanic was finally able to take my car in and remove the old catalytic converter, he placed the part from Parts Geek side by side with the original and confirmed that Parts Geek had sent the wrong part, so it could not be used. As a result, my car has been tying up their lift, which has caused delays and inconvenience both for me and for the shop. Because the vehicle needed to be fixed and the shop could not wait for another mail-ordered part, I was forced to rush out and buy another catalytic converter locally so the repair could be completed. This situation has cost me both time and money, even though the incorrect part from Parts Geek is unused. When I contacted Parts Geek about this, they told me they do not accept returns over 30 days, even though they were the ones who sent the wrong part and it has never been used. I am in their system by name when I call, so they can verify my purchase and history through their records even though I do not have the order number on hand right now. I am requesting a full refund for the incorrect catalytic converter that Parts Geek sent me. I believe this is a fair resolution given that the part was wrong for my vehicle, could not be installed, and I had to purchase a replacement locally to get my car back on the road.
