On 24/05/2026 at around 4:35 p.m., I made a deposit of 1000 via UPI to my Parimatch account. The money was deducted from my bank, but it was never credited to my Parimatch balance. The UPI transaction reference ID for this payment is T2605241635251918359754. I immediately contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue. They informed me that the amount would be credited or refunded within 3 business working days. However, almost two weeks have passed and I still have not received the money in my bank account or in my Parimatch account. On top of this, Parimatch support is now not even responding to my messages regarding this problem. I request that my 1000 be refunded immediately to my bank account using the above transaction reference, and that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
