Parimatch Wallet Still Missing My PhonePe Deposit After 5 Days

On 21/05/2026, I made a deposit of 1000 INR to my Parimatch account using PhonePe UPI. The transaction was successful, the amount was debited from my bank account, and the UPI reference ID shown is T2605212342298244355918. However, the money has neither been credited to my Parimatch deposit wallet nor refunded to my bank account. It has now been 5 days since this transaction, and the situation remains unresolved. I contacted Parimatch customer care, and they only created a support ticket but have not provided any concrete solution or refund, nor has the deposit appeared in my wallet. I request that this missing deposit be investigated urgently, and that my 1000 INR either be credited to my Parimatch wallet as intended or immediately refunded to my bank account. I also request written confirmation of the action taken regarding this transaction.
