Refund My Amount

I have an account with the online betting company Parimatch and I am having a serious problem with three of my deposits that have not been credited to my account for a long time. My Parimatch user ID is 921162*** and my name is Neeraj. I deposited 18,500 on 25 July 2026, 13,000 on 6 September 2026 and 14,000 on 9 September 2026. All three payments were successfully taken from my bank, but none of them were deposited into my Parimatch balance. I have been waiting for many days and still the money is missing. I also have transaction screenshots and digital receipts showing that these payments were successfully completed on my side. I request that these three deposits, in the total amount I have stated, be urgently found and either immediately credited to my Parimatch account or fully refunded back to my bank account. I also expect a clear written explanation of why these payments were not processed correctly and why the delay has been so long.
